I’m really happy with Nebula and James. It’s been almost a year since he took over my website, completely redesigned it and actually made it work properly. Honestly, I wish I had done it years ago, but it’s hard to find someone who genuinely cares about your business and treats your goals like their own. He’s also been running my Google Ads, which I used to manage myself, and since he took over I realised I should’ve just focused on my own work from the start and left this to him. Nebulas was the perfect choice of company to design my new website! This was my first time  having a website created and I will never go anywhere else! Throughout the whole process, Jim has been so professional and helpful, explaining everything clearly and being very patient with me, responding quickly and answering all of my questions! Some years back Nebulas created the website for a London arts charity I later joined as treasurer. So when, more recently, I helped found a different organisation in Oxford I was comfortable recommending Jim to my fellow trustees. It worked out extremely well. Jim is very patient with non-techy people like me, but also knows when to step in and nudge things along. He listened, worked out the kind of structure we needed, and was then gently tolerant of tweaks, corrections and changes of mind.
